What you will be doing: * Perform minor and routine maintenance on homes we manage * Respond to service? calls from tenants in a timely manor * Communicate with tenants to assist them with their needs * Assist with getting vacant homes ready to get back on the market What we are looking for: * Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or the equivalent * Valid Drivers License * Self motivation * Clean driving record * Understand technology and the use of basic computer functions, websites, email * Must have your own transportation * Must have your own tools Experience: * Plumbing * Electrical * Carpentry * Hand tools * Groundskeeping * Appliances Pay will be discussed privately!
