Review all invoices for? appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. Works directly with the accounting department to ensure freight invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner while adhering to departments procedures.Must have 2 or more years related experience. Bilingual English and basic/conversational Spanish preferred. Must be detail oriented with excellent follow-through skills. Ability to prioritize, solve problems and work in a fast paced, high volume, environment with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
