I am looking to hire an assessor(s) to complete assessments in St. Charles County MO. The assessments are state health assessments completed on behalf of MO Dept. of Health and Senior Services. This is a contracted position so you will be self employed, Aging Matters will not provide benefits/insurance. Some assessors do it on the side, some do? it full time, it?s up to you! - Bachelors degree, RN or LPN required. - I will train you. - $100 per assessment completed, to be paid bimonthly. - assessment is completed in the home of the client - you will work out of your home, no office setting. - must be able to commit to at least 30 assessments per month after you are comfortable with the process. Some assessors complete 100+ a month, some complete 30. At the beginning of the month I will assign you a list to be completed by the last day of the month.
