It's a cute little studio that is SUPER conveniently situated in the area. <2min walk from Clark/Division red line, Aldi is literally across? the St and its <5min from many bars and restaurants on Wells. FFC old town is <3min walk as well. I'm moving in with my girlfriend on December 31st so looking to sublet this IMMEDIATELY! It's a year long lease, rent is 1400, utilities package is 110. Internet is around 600mbs (tested on a PS5), and energy averages $30/mo depending on usage. Other notable mentions are the rooft top deck and grills, free bike storage, Amazon lockers, fob entry, free heating, and free printing in the lobby. I'm open to negotiating on keeping this apartment furnished so I have less to move when I move in with my GF.
