Looking for a female to sublet my room starting January 1.
I am moving out at the first of the year and want to sublet my room from January 1 through August. After which, you can renew the lease for either 6? months or a year.

· $900 rent for each roommate
· Logan Square Neighborhood (60647), cross streets Armitage and Kedzie
· Water (including electrical cost of hot water), sewer, garbage, and internet/Wi-Fi paid by landlord
· Tankless water heater (meaning we never run out of hot water!)
· Tenants pay electricity and gas bills. I also have Netflix and Hulu we can share
· Big kitchen with plenty of storage, counter space, a double sink, French door refrigerator,?
