Hello! I'm looking for a roommate. I'm 26 and a graduate student, and my current roommate is moving out to live with her boyfriend. I have a small dog so limit one pet, and they would need to be okay with her too (preferably another small dog)! Queer friendly ? Lease is 6 months then month-to-month after that (with notice in advance). Earliest? move-in January 1st. $650/month not including utilities.
