I'm partnering up with a gentlemen that relocates historical houses in Houston. I believe we have 4 houses, a tiny house, a barn and I believe 2 more at the moment. I'm searching for land to make a unique Air? bnb rental. I'm an extreme home make over designer builder. I will survey, draft, design and relo houses to make an awesome attraction, without giving out to much info.. I'll also add vintage trailers for rentals along with RV parking sites. I've built out, restaurants, bars and gyms. I even have blue prints for an RV park currently. This location it going to have it all.
