Hi! My roommate will be moving out at the end of our lease, so we are looking for someone to take over her spot in May. We have a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at Lockefield Gardens Apartments which is right by? campus. Rent is roughly $640/month each (water is included in this); we will split electric which has typically fallen between $60-$90 total/ month depending on how much we use, and the wifi we have is $27.50 each/ month. We have a washer/ dryer in the unit, dishwasher, and patio. There is a lot of space with pretty good size rooms/ closets and so far we haven?t run into any issues other than typical noise that comes with apartment living.
