I have an amazing 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Kerrytown (5 minute walk to Zingerman's and Sparrow Market, 10 minute walk to state street) that I'm looking for someone to sublease or potentially do a lease takeover. Move in dates are somewhat? flexible, but ideally mid to end of January through July (with option to renew the lease). It would be the entire apartment for $2100. There are hardwood floors throughout the apartment, the two bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, a really large storage closet, and a newly renovated kitchen. There is a parking spot that comes with it and laundry in the basement. Also, there is no one living above or below this apartment which I found quite nice.
