REPLACEMENT TENANT NEEDED ASAP Hi, we?re looking for someone to take over a current tenancy from as soon as possible until July 2024. PO5 area and £585 per month bills included. It is a double en suite room on? a ground floor. We have a decently sized shared living space and kitchen and a good sized garden. It is a five bedroom house, We are a group of 4 students, currently 2 girls and 2 boys. We are a friendly bunch who enjoy socialising and going out but are also all in our final year so are studying. We are looking to find someone to take over ASAP??Please let me know if you need any more info??
