I am moving out and my housemates are looking for a community-minded, LGBTQ-friendly, kind, and clean housemate to move in! They are absolutely lovely people who are active, outdoorsy, fun, and supportive of one another. The upstairs and downstairs units both include their own kitchen and bathrooms but it is all shared space. We have compost,? shared trash, and shared utilities which range from $70-$100 a month. The location is amazing with Greenough park two blocks away, Mt. Jumbo behind the house, and the rattlesnake just up the hill. Landlord is very nice and responsive to repairs. The open room is large and carpeted with lots of built-in storage. It gets a little cool in the winter but is a blessing in the summer. Some perks of the house include: -Laundry -Garage space -Garden space -Nice front porch -Well lit for a basement (southern facing windows) -Amazing people
