Hey everyone! We are leasing two bedrooms in a 4 bed, 2 bath apartment at 645 S. Lucas. in Iowa City. Rent is $325 and includes parking!! For anyone who doesn?t have a car, there are two bus stops within a four? minute walk. There is also a washer and dryer in the building. It?s really cheap for what you get, it has been awesome for me in terms of saving money and still living in a nice, clean space. Sublease is until 7/24/2024. Move-in date is flexible, preferably Jan 1st
