Looking for someone to take over my room in shared 3 bedroom apartment in Oakdale area Portland! You?d be living with two lovely ladies / young professionals that work in the aquaculture field (both 24 y/o). Both love to hike, ski, bike etc, Ideally looking to fill the room with someone with similar interests also in their mid - late 20?s. Room? will be available in early January and am flexible with move in date if your desired move in is a little later. This would be a sublease until May 31 with opportunity for extension after the lease is up. Rent is $1015 / month but could flexible with this for the right fit. 1 off street parking spot that we rotate and there is lots of street parking in the area. Laundry in basement, tenant pays for gas stove which (ends up being around $10 / month a person), and electric (ends up being around $40-$70ish a month a person).
