Walking distance to Kerry Park, Metropolitan Market, Safeway, CVS, the Climate Pledge Arena, the Space Needle as? well as numerous bus stops to downtown in less than 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I'm moving for a new job, and am sad to give this place up but hoping someone else will enjoy this place as much as he did.
My roomate lives in the other room, hes 24, and works as an industrial engineer for United Airlines. His work keeps him traveling 40+ weeks out of the year, so he'll pretty much only be here on the weekends.
Utilities are about $30 every other month for electric, $60 a month for internet, and heat and water are included. Your split would be less than $40 a month.
Easy street parking never had an issue finding on my street, otherwise a spot can be rented from my landlord for a reserved space.
