I am looking to fill my spot in my lease in a 3 bed, Indianapolis, Indiana

I am looking to fill my spot in my lease in a 3 bed, 2 bath newly built house in the Herron-Morton district of downtown Indy. Rent is $658 plus utilities. I LOVE the house and the space of it, really sad I have? to move out but only moving due to an out of state job relocation. Lease ends October 31, 2024 but can be reinstated through October 2025 if wanted! The rooms are extra large and you would be sharing a bathroom. The house comes with a detached 2 car garage, extra parking in the front of the house, included trash service, an unfished and spacious basement, and a large laundry room. The roommates are 23/24 who are young professionals that work in downtown Indy. Looking for females around the same age and the landlord would strongly prefer there to be NO animals to withhold the integrity of the house.
