Hi everyone! I?m looking to find someone to takeover our lease from Feb 1 (possibly sooner if needed) through April 18th. The apartment is in SW Austin, in the peaceful Oak Hill neighborhood. 15 minute drive to? downtown. This is a large 2 bed 2 bath unit with washer and dryer, large wood view patio (the trail entrance is right behind our building), big storage room by front door outside detached extended 1 car garage, 2 community gyms, club houses, and pools. Totally pet friendly too. It?s a great roommate layout with the rooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the living space. Rent is around $1,000 each for two people renting it. ($1960 rent and $150 garage that can be renewed or removed from the lease in April). We are looking to find someone to take over our lease because we are in the process of buying our first house and will be moving mid January! ?????
