ISO private room for rent. My budget is around $800/ month, but there is room for negotiation. Dates are flexible. I am a 24 Y/O traveling professional working for PGA Golf and Music Festivals. My primary? travel season starts in February and usually ends somewhere in or around October, but I will be home full time through the winter. I am a non smoker and have no pets. I like to be friendly with roommates, enjoy having friends over for dinner, but also enjoy alone time in my own space. I prefer to keep communal spaces tidy, but understand it is a place to live, not a museum. I would love to live in a place that has a kitchen and in unit laundry. A dishwasher is a plus, but not a requirement. I will be coming with a vehicle, so parking is a must. I?m flexible with location but would prefer to be in the UW area/ University District
