You get the private bedroom, and detached? private bath - Lease is up in May 2024, on renewal the cost should barely go up (about +80 maybe) - No couples, no kids. Occasional guests are ok though - No additional pets :( Roommate has cats! ? Must be ok with them! Theyre very friendly.
