Hi! I?m looking for someone to takeover my roomate?s spot on our lease at the end of April/ early May. We have a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at Lockefield Gardens Apartments which is right by campus. Rent is? about $640/month each (water is included in this); we will split electric each month, which depends on how much we use, and the wifi is $27.50 each per month. We have a washer/ dryer in the unit, dishwasher, and patio. I already have furniture so all you?d need is stuff for your room/ bathroom!
