Fantastic location: - a block from Lafayette Park - a block from Whole Foods - three blocks from Trader Joe?s - two blocks away from Polk Street which has several great restaurants and bars - Less than 10 min walk to several gyms in the area - Right next to a MUNi stop that goes straight to FiDi Rent is around $1700 including utilities. Lease is currently month-to-month but would prefer someone who is planning on staying long-term. Also would prefer someone currently living in the area so they are able to come visit in-person.
