Very close to Concepcion Park! A little bit about the house: - it is a cute 2 bedroom/1 bath home - Original hardwood floors! - Detached garage with some? limited space for storage (additional space available for cheap add on) - Gated driveway - Washer/dryer hookups in garage - There is one tenant there currently, and he is very respectful and kind. However, he isn?t there very often, so it?s almost like having a whole house to yourself a lot of days! - There are currently no animals there.
