Hey guys, I?m a college athlete looking for a roommate to move into my 3x2 apartment. Currently 2 males living here, both soccer players at UIW. Looking for a young male and in school or working. Located? right off of broadway right in front of UIW. Rent is $600 with utilities included. Bedroom is semi-furnished with a bed and small dresser. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and we do have washer and dryer in unit. Apartment complex has a pool on site.
