Hi Everyone! We have a soon-to-be-unfurnished room for rent in our large house next to Grand View Park. The room is 8.5 x 15, with a view of Grand View Hill and Sutro Tower. The house has tons of common space? with a large living room, dining room, front room, back deck with BBQ, and outside front patio. There are two full bathrooms upstairs - one in the master bedroom - and a half bathroom downstairs. The housemates are three males, 44, 46, and 47. We are pretty active in our day-to-day lives, we enjoy socializing with each other and friends, but generally keep a pretty quiet house.
