Hello! Looking for a female roommate to move in to one of the rooms in my 3bed/1.5 bath apartment in Crown Heights. Rent is $850 a month plus utilities (one month deposit required for move in). Move in as early as Feb 15th but can be flexible. Perks include central A/C, in building laundry, and being half a block from the 3 train! The room is? pretty small but can fit a full sized bed. Lease goes through June 30th 2024. You need to be able to sign the lease (landlord doesn?t allow sublets) Both roommates are women in their 20s working in person full time.
