Hi all! I have a room opening up in my 2bd/2bath apartment (about 1200 sq feet) in the Marina district in SF. It?s an ideal location (Fillmore and Bay) with everything within walking distance. I?m looking for? someone to move in on March 1st. Rent is $2000 (not including utilities). The bedroom for rent has a bathroom attached (the room is larger than what appears in the videos) . There is an in unit washer and dryer. The unit has one parking spot available, which I am currently using and there is ample street parking otherwise. The building is pet friendly, secure, has a locked mailroom and a shared backyard. The building managers live on site and are super nice! I have a cute lil rabbit who lives in my room. Her name is Malibu and she is the cutest! I?m 37, a therapist and work from home 2-3 days out of the week.
