Hi everyone! I?m looking for a preferably female roomie to fill the second bedroom in my 2 bed/2 bath Brentwood/West LA apartment with move in April 1st. The apartment is super bright and spacious with a ton of closet space and includes a garage parking space. Rent is $1560 per month plus utilities and a deposit up front. I work completely? remotely so I?m looking for someone who doesn?t work from home. I?m very social but I prefer to keep the apartment more of a relaxed/calm space so I never bring the party home and I?m hoping to find someone on that same page. I?m also super tidy in the shared spaces and am looking for someone on that same page too ? Garage parking is included in rent and the apartment has central AC. Unfortunately, I can?t consider pets due to allergies. It?s v tragic. Please message me if you think we might be a good fit!
