Hi Everyone This two bedroom one bath lease takeover had a complete renovation done 4 months ago. Its a few blocks to forthyst park and walking distance to all of downtown. It has all new appliances as well. Rooms are on opposite side of the apartment from each other. There is nobody above or below; its a peaceful and quiet home and street. One? other home has an adjoining wall but I never hear them and they are very kind and quiet. Utilities have been around $140. There is a yard area in the back and a front porch. Kroger is two blocks away. We are also located a block from the bike lane.I looked for a long time to find a place here that had what I was looking for. The laundry room is a big room and it was actually being used as a 3rd bedroom from the prior tenants. The lease ends August 31st and you will be locked into this price in a town that increases rent prices often. The management crew has been great. You can chose 6 months or a year extension after the 31st or however long youd like to stay. I have a job transfer out of state. Sincerity David
