Hi! I will have 1 room available in our 3 bed/ 2 bath duplex located in Mayport/Atlantic Beach. Lease will be from April 1, 2024 - August 31, 2024 (with the option to renew if you decide to). The rent for the? room will be $616 and you?ll be sharing a bathroom. Utilities are roughly ~$100 per month! We are looking for a female (all roommates are females in mid 20s), preferably no pets and no one who works from home since one of our roommates currently does!
