My current roommates and I are looking for someone to take over the entire lease at our spot. We have a 2bd/ba right off of highway 14. Great location in a safe, gated community. In unit washer/dryer. Total rent is $1,828 for the whole unit (not including electricity or internet). Garages are available for $125/mo or covered spots for $35/mo. The? complex has a nice workout facility, playground, a basketball court, is dog friendly, and has a pool/jacuzzi open in the summer. $250 deposit required upon move in, and the application/background check cost ~$50. Need to have decent credit, make 3x rent monthly before taxes, and pass the background check. It?s been a lovely place to live! Lease takeover is mid August-early March.
