Hello! I may be relocating to Seattle this summer and I'm hoping to gather a list of housing options. I'm in search of a studio/1-bathroom or 1-bedroom/1 bathroom rental, located near the Ballard/Shoreline/Bellevue/Fremont/Greenlake/Edmonds/Queen Anne area. My ideal monthly rent ranges between $1200-$1500 (I have some legroom to go a bit higher,? but prefer to stay within range) with a washer/dryer in the unit and some or most utilities included. It doesn't have to be furnished, but it would be a plus if so. Must be pet friendly, I own a well-trained bird and rabbit. Estimated move-in time would be mid-July 2024, short or long term leases are okay. I will be bringing in my own car as well, so decent parking would be another plus. I know it's too early to be searching for a place, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to see what's out there. Any leads are appreciated, thank you!
