My current roommate is moving out. Rent would be ~$1,136 (depending on the lease length we choose) + half of utilities, wifi, renter?s insurance, etc.. I?m 33, I work remotely, and I?m a night owl (insomniac). I?m exceptionally clean and only interested in living with someone who is super clean as well. It?s a no-shoes inside kinda deal.
