Hello! We are subletting a large bedroom with a private bathroom in our cozy, newly renovated, 3 bedroom - 2 bathroom second-floor apartment in the heart of Ridgewood. We are conveniently located at a 3-minute walk from the Seneca M and 8 minutes from the Myrtle-Wycoff L trains. The room is fully furnished (a queen bed on a frame, a dresser, a? built-in closet, a desk with shelves, a chair, a lamp, and an AC unit) and the $1400 rent includes all utilities. We keep the space extremely clean and like to maintain a zen vibe. While we do encourage conviviality, this is not a party house, but rather a haven where we allow each other to rest and recharge.
