Hi everyone! My roommate Sheila and I are looking for a female roommate to join us in resigning another year in our Lakeview apartment starting May 1! Rent is $925 plus utilities for the open bedroom. The? apartment is a 3 bed 2.5 bath with two great outdoor decks and in-unit laundry! We are a 7 minute walk to the Wellington CTA stop and 10 minutes to Belmont. The bedroom shares a full bath with Sheila and has its own half bath. There is plenty of permitted and free street parking nearby. We are in our mid-late 20s and both work hybrid in the Loop. Ideally we are looking for another professional person who has the same 9-5 hours and enjoys quiet nights on work nights. No pets please.
