The house is fully furnished with? in-house laundry and a garage where I park my car. The room comes with a bed and matress and a lamp. The room has a beautiful French door which leads to a open patio in the backyard, where you will get a beautiful view. Rent is $1850 not including utility, and $2000 for all inclusive (utility, toilet paper, detergent).
