Hi! I am looking for a third girl to fill my room, preferably in her early 20s. The room available is a master bedroom with a private bathroom, two sinks, 1 shower, and two closets with mirror doors. There is? also built in shelving in the closets! The space is located in the Outer Richmond, a 3b2b apartment with a shared (huge!) living room with bay view windows and a nice sized kitchen. There is 1 shared parking space with another roommate to switch off! And parking around the neighborhood without time limits. The room is $1400, includes garbage, and does not include utilities or water, this is shared with the other roomates. There is a washer dryer in the apartment building shared with 2 other tenants. Roomates are extremely kind, calm, considerate and respectful women in their early twenties, 1 is a student and 1 is a server. Space will be available from April 1st to August 1st.
