My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to rent out the master bedroom in our cute house on the East side! It has all amenities & nice, up to date appliances you?d expect, a large backyard, the? houses shared areas are fully furnished with stocked kitchen necessities, there is a nature reserve area across the street, and it?s about 5 minutes from east 6th and east césar chávez, and a 10-15 drive from downtown! The master bedroom is downstairs by itself, and has a large closet and private bathroom connected to the room. My roommate and I are live upstairs and are both females in our mid twenties, we are chill and tidy and mostly keep to ourselves but are down for new friends as well! I have cats but they are very docile and sweet, spending most of their time in my room with me or outside. (These photos are from the staging so the furniture and decorations are a bit different but the room is question will be empty!)
