Hey y?all! I?m looking for two roommates to move into my three bedroom townhome (first and third floors) on June 1st in North Austin near 183 & 45. Preferred move-in April 1st to take over existing lease? through May 31st & sign new lease beginning June 1st. Each room has its own detached bathroom and living area, with access to washer and dryer. My gated community is near shopping, dining, movie theaters, Lakeline Mall, Capital Metro Lakeline Station, & 15 minutes from The Domain & The Arboretum. Rent is $1,000 per person per month, with $1,000 deposit. Utilities are inclusive of trash, gas, electric, internet, and water. These vary each month, but do not exceed $200 per person. I?m a female in my thirties and work in tech. I keep to myself for the most part, but do enjoy the occasional game night or night out. Pets are welcome. Please message me with any questions.
