It's a pretty wonderful apartment with very responsive property managers, so I'm looking for a new roommate. Here's? some details: Your monthly rent would be $800 Free water, with the two of us splitting electric, gas, and Internet. Coin washer and dryer in the building $150 pet fee for cats and such 1200 square feet on the second floor of the building: 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, 2 living rooms, office nook, kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove/oven, hardwood floors, high ceilings, central heat and A/C In the Southport Corridor, right by the Brown and Red Lines Last but not least: my management company needs me to sign a lease extension by MARCH 25th. The lease would begin on June 1st. Your move-in date is very flexible if you want to wait to move in until June 1st, but I would like a commitment to the lease and you would need to submit a credit check to the property managers.
