Hello! I'm seeking a new roommate because mine is moving out. I currently live in a two-bedroom garden unit in Lincoln Park, specifically Ranch Triangle, and I love it here! The apartment is updated, has? central air, dishwasher, and laundry room just outside. It's only 2 minutes walk to the brown line and 73 armitage bus, 7 minute walk to the 8 Halsted bus, and about 12 minutes to the redline. The current rent is $1640 per month but may increase next year due to annual increases. As an experienced Mental Health Counselor during school months and improv/sketch comedian during summer months (from home), I keep quite busy. When not working or performing, you can find me exploring neighborhood parks & beaches, farmers markets, sporting events, concerts - anything that gets me out of the house really.
