Hello! Looking for a roommate for a beautifully updated 3bed 1bath 2nd floor apartment in Logan Square, with a preferred move-in date of Feb 1 (with some flexibility for end of January). Rent - $847.50/month? (for 1 bed & 1/2 of a room currently used as a shared home office). Rent does not include Internet, Gas or Electric (those run about $75 - $125 per person per month depending on the season). The apartment has central AC/Heat and in-unit laundry. Other features include a huge back area for storage, up-to-date appliances, hardwood floors throughout, tons of natural light, and fans in every room.
