$800 ALL BILLS PAID IN NE AUSTIN
Hello! My roommate (they/them) and I (she/her) are looking for a 3rd roommate to take over a room starting April 1st. We are located ~20 minute drive North East of Downtown? Austin. The room is $800 with all utilities and bills included.
You will share a bathroom with one other person. Amenities include laundry and dryer units and WiFi. We also have a cleaning lady that comes once a month and Roomba.
About us: Late 20s, I run an arts non-profit, play guitar, and also work full time, roomie is a writer and loves to play video games. Neither of us drink but we're very social and love to make new friends.
Ideally we're looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle to us, is LGBTQ friendly, and overall is a kind person.
