Hello! I am looking to move to the Grand Rapids area. I would like to live somewhere between cedar springs and downtown Grand Rapids. My lease for my current place is up in July so I?m looking for something around that time. I would like a one bedroom apartment preferably under $875 a month OR if one person wanted to look for apartments with me,? and be roommates that would be fine too! I have two dogs. Both do VERY well in apartments, never had them cause damages. (I can get references to back this). I am a very clean and tidy person, I work a job with early hours so I?m often in before before 9 pm.
