Lease is one year and will expire in July 2025. It is a house located off of Geddes Ave. near Oxford housing and is located close to the central campus and the? medical campus. There is a driveway as well as free street parking. The house was recently remodeled and we were the first group of tenants in the house (before us, there was a family living in it). The room is on the main floor and has its own small closet and half-bath. The rent is $730 a month for the room.
