My roommate will be moving out of our townhouse at the end of March, and we?re looking for someone to take over my lease in the Sweetbriar area of South Austin.
The current lease ends in September.? A bit about me: 27yo, originally from Michigan, I work from home in software sales for a startup. Outside of week I enjoy being outside, fitness, cooking, and trying new bars and restaurants.
Please note that a $1500 security deposit is required, which will be returned to you at the end of your lease, as long as there is no damage to the property or unpaid rent. The ideal move in date would be between March 28th& the 31st.
The townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive away from hot spots like South Congress and Downtown Austin.
Rent is $1500 per month, with utilities split evenly.
