Hi everyone! This is my like 3rd time posting this. We?re still looking for 1 more roommate in our house in Eastown GR. The comes fully furnished with a huge walk in closet, and includes an air conditioning unit in the summer. The kitchen is also fully equipped with literally everything you could think of: Airfryer, Nespresso, microwave, blender,? instant pot, and plenty of pots/pans and utensils. We also have paddleboards, a grill and bonfire pit in the backyard, and a brand new washer and dryers. We also have a guest room in the house in case you have family or someone come visit. The lease is super straight forward with NO security deposit. The rent includes absolutely everything as well as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher pods. Makes it easier so nobody has to keep track of who's buying what especially since we?re all super busy. We?re all in our twenties and just looking for another roommate that?s chill. None of us are really ever home so we?re not super picky, just someone in their 20?s/ early 30?s. The only house rules are really just no pets.
