I am a tenant at this property. My current roommates are moving out, so I am looking for 1 or 2 folks to join me starting May 4th in this nice house I've been living in the past? year. The lease would be for a full year. If you and a friend are looking for a nice place with a chill and clean housemate, I'm your guy! Or the house is your guy..? I dunno. The photos attached are from the property manager, and the furnishings aren't as pictured (including the pink wall in the one upstairs bedroom - the room is now all the same?
