Utilities like water are covered under the? rent and I will cover electricity and any other fees associated with transferring the lease so all you will have to pay is the monthly rent of $999 with associated rent fees. Apartment includes in-unit laundry facilities, high speed internet connection, spacious walk-in closet, a microwave and fridge, and all appliances are very high-end and modern.
