It's accessible via the Myrtle Willoughby G (10 min walk) or the JMZ (18 min walk) surrounded by lots of bus routes as well. The apartment has an elevator, balcony, dishwasher, intercom system, AC/heating unit? laundry in basement, parking in the back for $150 a month, and updated appliances. I really loved every bit of living here but I feel like it's time for a change. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS 4/15 move in - You CAN move in 5/1 but would need to pay starting 4/15. You'll need to submit proof of income, credit check, proof of identity, and letter of recommendation. Please note that the rent is currently $2650 and but will go up with the renewal of the lease on 6/30 to $2700.
