I?m looking for someone (women only) to take over my lease for 2 months (June 1st-July 31st). It is fully furnished, has a gym and a nice pool. The bed is also a full xl. I need to move and won?t be able to pay? the rent during this period. There are 4 girl roommates. It?s a private room with a private bathroom. Bathroom is really nice and large shower. The roommates are very friendly and kind, The rent is $1572 a month which includes all utilities and amenities such as an in apartment washer/dryer & flatscreen TV, city and pool view cause it?s on the 11th floor, resident only gym, pool, and rec room and more!
