I own a fully furnished 2 bed/2.5 bath condo in Ypsilanti, just a 5 minute drive from EMU and? Depot Town, and a 20 minute drive to UM campus. You?d get your own bedroom, bathroom, and free parking. I have bedroom furniture if needed. I also have a full unfinished basement with washer/dryer and for storage if needed. Looking to charge $1100 including utilities (DTE electric and gas, Xfinity, Water). Central air (just replaced AC/furnace). I have a very calm, mellow dog! So must be ok with that.
